  Kayla is the sweetest, kindest barista. She is truly wonderful - I was having a bad day and she was so kind and sweet. She is a good person

  I'm only doing 2 stars because of the barista Reid, he was working hard&Even fixed my order as Lynn put it in wrong. Lynn on the other hand was so rude, please management go over customer service with her. The right tone of voice is important and she sounded grumpy through my whole transaction. I know it's early but if you aren't a morning person maybe request switching shifts.

  So I just ordered this bagel and let me say the cream is fine, only because Starbucks has nothing to do with it. But somehow a minimum wage worker can't warm a bagel correctly, making the bagel to doughy for my personal consumption.

  This Starbucks is unorganized. Arrived just after 5a opening, for an hour and 22 minutes the door is locked, customers had to walk back around to the front, the manager tried coming in that way at 6:29 and had to open it but, she didn't even look at the Bathroom blocked by a trash can & sign. It wasn't raining & it had been there already since opening 1 1/2 hours prior. Another employee at 06:45 took his break moved the trash came back & had to walk around the sign to get out, he left it there ? Hmm come spring $ summer there is always trash on the tables outside from all the Kids here, and there is a lot. This Starbucks is the Bus stop / babysitting place  they queue up in cars just like up the street at school drop/ and pick up. Park out farther to not get trapped in the am or afternoons after school, I've actually seen buses drop off & pick up here.

  Racism most definitely lives at Starbucks....   it's 6/30/2019 7:25pm ... I walk in to this Starbucks with my two daughters and my wife (Mexican American Family) after a long drive not being from the area to use the restroom... knowing that I most likely would have to purchase an item to use the restroom I went ahead and waited in line . The Starbucks in employee (female) seen me walk in with my family knowing that most likely someone from my family had to use the restroom ... before I can even place in order she speaks up with a Rudely Manner tone "Bathrooms are unavailable maybe 5minutes better yet 15 minutes " I responded with "ok, but I am still going to place in order and I'll wait " . As I was waiting another female (Caucasian Women)goes into the Starbucks and walks right in the restroom and employee see her walk in and says not a damn word to her . In my head I am thinking "ok why didn't she tell her that supposedly they're cleaning the restrooms " so I look at the employee and was like "Really" she just had turned away... this was not even 2 minutes before she had told me it was unavailable for the next 15 minutes . I did not make a scene because I am better then that .. not going to do say anything stupid in front of my kids .. but to have them exposed to that type of behavior is unacceptable ... I am just hoping the employee made a mistake and she thought they were cleaning the restroom   , but again didn't mention anything to the other person... to make matters worse she didn't even purchase anything ..... point of this post is .. EQUALITY!!!!
